Minas Designs prides itself on the high standard of our craftsmanship. Every piece is hand made in our workshop under the gaze of our skilled artisans. Once produced, each item is thoroughly inspected and examined to ensure it meets the Minas standard. After an item is approved it receives its final certification of quality, a Minas signature. Each piece is individually hand signed by Minas to emphasize its uniqueness and the care taken during production. All genuine Minas items will be hand signed and a stamp is never used. At Minas we know how much a beloved piece of jewellery can mean to its beholder. As such we offer a life-time guarantee which includes simple repairs and refurbishing such as polishing, tarnish removal, re-oxidisation, clip tightening and aesthetic repairs, on all the items we produce. The repairs will be done at no cost to the client.
Please note Minas reserves the right to charge a repair fee for serious or severe damage to items, as well as the cost of returning the item to the customer. It is our aim to always provide the best customer service possible and so Minas endeavours to undertake all the repairs possible under the lifetime guarantee, and no repairs that have a repair fee will be undertaken without informing the customer of the cost and receiving his/her express permission to proceed.
